Key aspects of the role include; being the first point of contact for a range of residential lending inquiries from a range of customers. This includes offering advice and providing financial solutions that add value to a customer’s life. The primary focus my role was to source and drive revenue growth primarily through residential lending. I have a wide residential lending knowledge. And have learnt to build strong customer relationships along with client management skills. In my current branch I was in charge of the professional branding within the community.

Key aspects of the role include; winning the business, taking the initiative by following up and asking for the customers business, offering the right solutions to help customer succeed. Delight the customer, connect with customers and ensure that a great customer experience is happening with every interaction. Business development, build up business by proactively expanding the customer portfolio and network.

Promote CPA Australia’s global student network, the CPA passport program. Act as a liaison between CPA Australia and university students. Selected Accomplishments:- Worked on the Naked CEO Campaign and roles in out to participating universities throughout Brisbane. - During the Naked CEO Campaign, was flown down the Sydney to attend the CEO Seminar which was conducted by the CEO of CPA.

Organise and produce successful events for students studying in the areas of Economics and Finance. Successful events that have been held in the past include; FasTrack, CEOI, Stockbroking Event and various Networking Workshops. These events have in attendance students and well as corporates, this allows great networking opportunities for our members and a chance for corporates to tell their career story. The society has been awarded Club of the Year in 2011 and strives to bring the best events for its members in years to come.
