Specialising in B2B, Healthcare, Retail & Financial Services clients (although have worked alongside 30+ companies across various industries). Collaborating with our commercial team in exploring goals, solutions and scope options.► Leading Global Large Scale Delivery Projects - Implementing operational experience feedback software for global enterprise clients. One example where I lead the global rollout to 45 countries for a large retailer. Client feedback: “We have never had such a seamless and smooth implementation at our company. It is a huge and complex roll out. Zoë and team have been brilliant - thank you!”► Relationship Management - After launch, moving into an ongoing relationship focus, understand top needs as they evolve, providing advisory consulting and roadmap recommendations. Working closely alongside our project, commercial, support, product and SME teams to continue to grow our relationships based ultimately on top needs. ► Team Coaching - providing guidance across our team, understanding their top strengths, opportunities and boosting them to take ownership of different areas. Facilitating innovation sessions to collaborate on new ideas that can help our clients and teams. ► Beyond Client Management - active contributor to wider organisation including as EMEA PMO rep, previously within extended architecture SOS team, transitions team and client stories team. ► Boosting Community - EMEA Ski Trip Organiser for 5 years (with a pandemic break in between), hosting sports days, charity quizzes, happy hours, scavenger hunts and more.
