With over three and a half years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS industry, I help businesses processes and outcomes through data-driven solutions. As an Account Manager at PeopleScout APAC, I owned the full account for 30 NZ clients using the Springboard SaaS Applicant Tracking System, mostly government agencies. I represented New Zealand as one of eight youth delegates at the COP21 UN Climate Change Conference in Paris in 2015, and I coordinated data-driven political campaigns for the Green Party across the UK, Australia, and Aotearoa New Zealand.
