Food handling, production of coffee and food preparation for a grab and go style section of the business. Establish rapport with regular clientele.

Throughout this role it was my responsibility to manage the service department team members; developing, training and directing staff, supervising their adherence to company Policy and Procedure along with moderating their interactions with guests. Reporting to the Director, I would oversee the department’s budget, financials, supply chain and inventory. It was my responsibility to identify hazards, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with OH&S and Work Safe.

I briefly worked within this role, casually over a summer period, as I was actively looking to find a more permanent role as a venue/restaurant manager at the time.
