I bring together the operational experience and discipline of managing large portfolios with a natural flair for innovation. I am passionate about disruptively solving problems. My experience in organisations ranging from the startup to the very biggest has produced a refined versatility, and a laser focus on value creation, risk management and achieving optimal business outcomes.I enjoy taking on challenges, and have seized opportunities to apply my skills creatively whenever I can. It involves taking a risk to make meaningful change happen, but those are the times I have found most rewarding, both personally and professionally. Some of my most satisfying achievements include: a world-first reinsurance solution for income protection; a world-first annuity longevity risk structured solution; re-building the financial management processes of a leading insurance portfolio, delivering dramatic time and resource savings; developing risk management frameworks; and various strategic initiatives including a unique and transformative wellbeing solution to engage people in becoming and staying fit-active.

Executive Vice PresidentSweat Equity Network Feb 2012 - May 2014Sydney, AustraliaI am passionate about solving problems and I love challenging the status quo. This venture is incredibly exciting because it involves disruption on a global scale. The world has an escalating health crisis related to the obesity epidemic, driven by everyday health and fitness choices, and despite the billions of dollars spent every year it shows no sign of abating – in fact it continues to get worse. Leap4Life has identified the real problem - engagement - and building on its Lifestyle Genome Project to create a real solution. We are literally out to change the world!
