We help them to access local services specific to their needs, such as support with housing, mental health, homelessness, bereavement, loneliness and many other issues that extremely vulnerable people face. I have an ILM management qualification, I'm a trained mental health first aider and I am experience in managing situations with people who are in desperate circumstances and often suicidal. I have sole responsibility for marketing the charity including website content management, digital marketing, social media engagement, writing content such as blogs and press releases, running pop up events and driving public engagement.I am also a highly successful fundraiser.
