My role at the Werribee Open Range Zoo is across both the Admissions and Retail department. My main focus is to educate stakeholders of Zoos Victoria's conservation messages, build membership sales and ultimately provide exceptional customer service- that creates a once in a life time experience. My main duties include; - Ticketing- Up-selling Memberships & Encounters- Campaign Knowledge- Crowd Control - Traffic Management - Stock Management- Other administration duties

During my employment with NLC, I worked for their Directs and Reimbursements team. My duties included reimbursing clients for their fuel, insurance, registration, car maintenance and other amenities. This was done through a online system with an expectation to reach a certain amount of claims per day and to have a 2-3 day turn around on all claims in our system. I needed to maintain emails regularly to ensure all customer queries, in relation to my department, were answered in a fast and efficient manner. My role also included paying for insurance policies, registration and CTP’s, on behalf of NLC customers, directly to the selected companies. I have also completed online training in providing comprehension third party (CTP) insurance for NSW based customers.

I was fortunate enough to be an intern during the Western Bulldogs Premiership year. For this role I worked with the Media & Communications team at the Western Bulldogs to build skills in; - Storytelling - Writing - Events - Building/ Maintaining media relationships- Finding stories to engage audiences - Social media posting (Twitter, Instagram & Facebook) - Website management - Media monitoring

This role was primarily focused on enhancing customer experience. During my time at Etihad Stadium I worked across different types of events, including; AFL, Soccer, the yearly RMIT Graduation Ceremony, the UFC, large scale concerts (ACDC, One Direction etc.) and corporate functions.
