I am a litigator turned entrepreneur, executive and leadership coach, organizational consultant, facilitator, speaker and podcast host. I support leaders, founders, and organizations to build a vision of success that is fuelled by passion and possibility, and to execute towards that vision with strategy, accountability, and always through a lens of inclusion. My work is informed by more than 15 years experience in strategy, leadership, conflict management, EDI and people & culture. In addition to my work as a coach and consultant, I am a Co-Founder of trove, the worlds newest wellbeing landmark opening in Toronto in the Fall of 2023. I also own two WAXON Laser + Waxbar franchises in Toronto, and am Co-Founder of The Weekly Community, an accessible high-level group coaching program for individuals and organizations. In addition, I am Creator and Host of The Field, a podcast focused on sharing the stories of formerly incarcerated people and inspiring a future where they are seen for their humanity, not judged for their past.
