Zoe Young is a Partner at Baringa working alongside clients to deliver regulatory driven change into their business. She has more than 25 years of banking experience in Industry and Consulting particularly in driving large scale transformation and operating model change. Her first hand experience of delivering front to back change, from design through to execution includes complex, industry changing regulations such as Consumer Duty, ring fencing, SMCR, conduct risk and FATCA.Zoe has partnered with a wide range of clients including HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, RBS and Goldman Sachs to transform the way their business operates and reduce execution risk in the changing banking environment. Prior to joining Baringa, Zoe spent 20 years in Big Four firms and 5 years at Barclays Bank. She has hands on experience in retail and commercial banking sales and servicing roles, plus proposition development to drive enhanced customer relationships in the branch and contact centre distribution channels.Zoe is passionate about social mobility, diversity and inclusion, contributing to charitable causes to advance and embed a diverse and inclusive culture within society and the workforce.Zoe is married and when she does have a spare moment, she finds enjoyment in running, hiking and pottering at her allotment!
