Zoe Weston is a Utopian Anthropologist, spreading ideas and offering services to help create a better world. Her research confirms that peace on Earth begins at birth, how we birth human beings matters and that it is essential to nurture pregnant women. She specializes in natural childbirth education as a Hypnobirthing practitioner, prenatal yoga and dance instructor and DONA trained doula. She has been offering prenatal services since 2005 in San Francisco & Berkeley, California, Maui and Switzerland in both her private practice and for a variety of institutions including: Kaiser Medical, Maui Family Support Services, the University of Hawaii, Vally Isle Childbirth Education and the San Francisco Birth Center. Her training was in California, Hawaii, Egypt and Australia, and she has over 30 years of dance and natural health training. Her work includes a self published outline of her anthropological theory for world peace titled 5 Steps to World Peace, which claims how we condition human beings starting in pre-conception will determine who they become as adults. She’s designed a workshop for couples called Easier Natural Childbirth and was the host of the online radio show of the same name, where she interviewed birth experts from all over the world.

Hi my name Zoe and I’m an Anthropologist (one who studies human behavior and culture). I’ve dedicated my life to studying cultures, philosophies, religions, and health practices from all over the world. I’ve travelled to five continents seeking better ways of living. Through my research I’ve discovered a variety of cultural traditions and practices that create high levels of health. My mission is to share what I have learned though educational materials, lectures, consultations, and private classes/workshops. I’d like to help create a culture where science, nature and spirit work in harmony for the highest good. I also want to spread my theory for world peace called 5 Steps to World Peace. The steps are simple, yet very far from how most of the world is living. I can not change the world single handedly and try to conquer every issue, From the research I have done I believe there are a few foundations to support a healthy life - nutrition, exercise in nature, time to rest, the design and content of your home, and how we are birthed.
