-Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities such as, arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, climbing, etc-Explain principals, techniques, and safety procedures to counselors-in-training in a way that can be replicated in their future employment-Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety-Create a curriculum and teach lessons in which counselors-in-training learn the necessary skills and content to be a successful camp counselor-Create schedules that are followed in a timely manner by myself, 3 to 4 unit staff, and counselors-in-training
