• Guide and advise our roster of artists and producers through each part of their musical careers• Day-to-day management and label services to Lit, Jon Wolfe, Bone Feather, Sean Stemaly, and CAPPA• Provide large-scale label services in tour marketing, sponsorships, creative promotions, press, new media campaigns, and digital ad buying• Exponentially grow social numbers, hone ad campaigns and targeted promotions that yieldreal ticket, merchandise, and record sales• Organize localized street teams to creatively market shows and news on the ground
