Zoey serves as Vice President of Investments at Finial Group. She is involved in every part of the investment process from acquisition to disposition but primarily focuses on creating and implementing investment strategies, monitoring the performance of assets to ensure maximum returns are effectively monetized, and managing key debt and equity relationships. Prior to Finial Group, Zoey worked with Nitya Capital as an asset manager with a portfolio of 1.3 million SF of office assets. She also graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a Masters of Real Estate in December of 2020.In her free time, she likes to enhance her industry knowledge, travel and explore the outdoors.
