As the Head of Digital Innovation at Andersen I'm responsible for driving innovation and utilising digital technologies to create advanced solutions for clients. My key responsibilities also include identifying emerging technologies, fostering a culture of innovation, overseeing research and development projects, collaborating with clients, implementing agile methodologies, and monitoring industry trends to ensure Andersen remains at the forefront of digital innovation and provides cutting-edge solutions to clients. I strive to deliver value-added solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives in the evolving digital landscape.

- Develop the Innovation strategy mapping out the next 5 years to ensure they have a continuous, strategically appropriate level of newness that drives the business globally;- Work with the Brand team to generate ideas and build Innovation into the Global Brand Strategy;- Lead a cross functional R&D team to take the Innovation through to concept stage including commercially sizing each opportunity working with the Product team;- Develop critical paths & initial business cases for each project in conjunction with the Product team to map the Innovation into our NPD calendar & budgets;- Lead and embed a new Innovation Process, adapting, shaping and driving continuous improvement;- To deliver a monthly report on the global consumer landscape including consumer trends, new product launches & relevant changes in market dynamics;- To gather and/or commission market & consumer research to inform us on the trends, insights & data to shape our plans or validate our decisions;- Responsible for developing ideas through to concept approval establishing the potential supplier for each initiative;- Help to build and shape our ESG strategy, ensuring all Innovation not only considers the strategy but also pushes the agenda.

- Manage, monitor and guide all aspect of the product roadmap through development, BAU and maintenance activities;- Working across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations, identify product needs, optimal solutions, and turn those solutions into development requirements;- Build and align a product roadmap vision across the organisation;- Be the primary product escalation point for all questions and issues impacting the product roadmap;- Working across the Product and Development teams, prioritise activities to achieve the best results for the product and organisation;- Present on the product roadmap and developments to internal and external stakeholders;- Recommend build, buy, partner decisions to product development that best moves the product forward;- Engage with partner organisations to formulate and deliver a plan to integrate data, features and functionality.

- Work closely with the CPO to mature our product ways of working;- Ensure the engineering teams are always working on the highest value work;- Identify how we can improve our custom development, better aligning it to our roadmap, increase profitability and the overall process;- Lead stakeholder engagement for your product;- Create product outcomes for prioritisation, working collaboratively with our UX and engineering teams to validate what we should build next;- Define feature success metrics and measure whether we achieved the expected value;- Conduct customer and user research and testing working with our UX and CX teams;- Break work down into smaller increments, consider what we should and shouldn’t build;- Write user stories and the initial acceptance criteria, managing the product backlog.

- Researching and identifying potential partners for the company,establishing contact with potential partners from around the world (by phone, email, social media);- Presenting the CallPage product and partner program during one-on-one meetings and webinars;- Supporting new CallPage partners during implementation;- Reactivating the current CallPage partner base;- Ongoing communication with partners and advice on the use and referral of CallPage;- Preparation of individual partner offers;- Achieving individual and team lead gen and sales goals.
