I am currently studying at University of North Texas and studying Biochemistry, on the Pre-Med/Pre-PA route. I have worked at Scribe. ology and have had medical terminology quizzes that was required for me to continue to work at Scribe. ology. My goal is to become a doctor in the future but the medical field has become more competitive and gaining medical experience is just as important now. A job as a scribe will help make me more appealing for medical school. The job has taught me the mind of a doctor's and how a hospital works. The length of a shift at any medical job and the preciseness of the paperwork we have to fill out for each patient. I have volunteered at a nursing home and talked and helped out the nurses at the station. The residents would get visits from examiners and I would help any way that I could. I have helped in a charity event with money for an organization.
