Preparing consolidated and separate financial statements following IFRS for presentation to the Board, Senior Management, shareholders, and statutory bodies.Preparation of forecasts, annual budgets & future cash flows.Preparation, issuance, and recording of sales invoices to customers as per the applicable law and accounting standards.Managing accounts receivables and accounts payable including credit risk management, follow-ups, etc.Performing variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial information for budgetary control.Recommending, Designing, and implementing improvements in processes and controls.Liaising with internal auditors and external auditors and responding to their queries.Performing business process analysis of various business processes and functions as a functional implementer and communicating recommendations to technical implementers for the Oracle R12 EBS IT system implementation project.Risk Assessment / Gap Analysis of controls, maintaining Risk Register, assessing and documenting risk responses and controls as per COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Assisting the Chief Financial Officer in preparing Board Presentations, Agenda of Board meetings, and issuance of Board meeting notices.Reviewing the bookkeeping performed by the shared service team for accuracy and completeness of financial records including accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, etc.Examining operating costs and organizations’ income and expenditure, performing variance analysis, and identifying gaps in budgets to develop recommendations for improvement.Liaison with insurance companies regarding insurance contracts, premiums, claims etc.Coordinating with the bank regarding bank guarantees, financing facilities, credit facilities, debt repayments, deposits, etc.Submitting sales tax/income tax returns, resolved notices & tax orders, tax refund queries, and audits/queries raised by the Tax Authority.

I am responsible for managing the export sales at Mitchell's Fruit Farm Limited. My duties include coordinating with customers for order confirmations and subsequently informing the production team by uploading the RSF plan in SAP S4 HANA. I maintain continuous communication with the production team, particularly when exporting new items to a country. In such cases, I collaborate with designers to finalize the ingredients, nutritional facts table (NFT), and serving size languages for labels, ensuring compliance with government regulations in the export destination.Additionally, I arrange containers for loading at the plant and shipping from Karachi. I prepare the necessary documents for banks, customs clearance, and customers. I also track the containers and keep customers updated on their status, facilitating timely payment collection.
