Account Officer
CurrentResponsibilities:• Ensuring accuracy of financial documents in compliance with relevant local laws, regulations and organizational SOPs• Tracking, monitoring, and processing financial transactions and disbursements processes for the timely execution of tasks• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions• Ensure safekeeping of all sensitive information, documents, items, and properties of the organization• Ensure compliance for cost reduction, revenue enhancement and profit maximization procedures• Adhere to corporate financial systems, rules, regulations and policies regarding documentationstandards• Liaison between different department and higher management on administrative and financial matters• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures in streamlining financial processes• Developing and implementing administrative policies regarding on-campus work contracts, service providers, vendors, utility suppliers and office staff to ensure efficient operations• Responsible for disbursement of different kind of financial transactions including the transactions related to vendors, suppliers, contractors and service providers and inventory management• Look after personnel records, maintain staff leave records and manage indoor and outdoor medical facilities• Assist to compile Disbursement Vouchers with corresponding support documentation for submission of certification and approval by signatories, thereafter files approved version of documents• In-charge of disciplinary, grievance and redundancy procedures• Prepare and formulate monthly, quarterly and annual closing reports for audit and higher management• Process claims, invoices, cash reconciliations and other payments requests• Preparing tax returns, pay rolls and ensure in time compliance• Lead events management activities, logistics and rented transportation fleet• Keep balance sheets and profit/loss statements updated for financial progress
