Create tickets for the Issues related to service companies and Aramco Solve and close tickets assign to Petrolink from Different service companies or Aramco.

Maintains the Real time Support System on Rig site.Maintains and Implements of Local area network (LAN) between Rig site and Aramco Petrolink or different drilling companies. Provide support to all the Aramco servers which includes technical maintenance of the Petrolink server setup. Provide technical support to the client. o Maintain and Transfer WITS Wellsite Information (Real time Data) Between Rig and NOCAssist Field hand, Trouble shoot Tickets
