• Responsible for proactively maintaining, monitoring and real-time troubleshooting of more than 24 IBEX Global sites mainly located in US, UK, Canada, Philippines and Pakistan. Also responsible for designing.
• Daily addressing to real-time troubleshooting tasks and operation issues, at times joining long conference calls with other IT teams to get to the root cause of the issue.
• Making changes on daily basis on both IBEX and client network as per the requirements.
• Creating ACLs, NAT/PAT, route-maps, VPNs, Vlans on almost daily basis for not only IBEX Global but other IBEX entities as well.
• Creating policies, web-filters, user groups and adding/removing URLs from local categories on different Fortinet firewalls at different locations.
• Monitoring network stats, logs and alerts on Solarwind.

• Responsible for coming up with efficient and logical network designs, conducting network analysis and ensuring network security by meeting with clients, understanding their requirements and engaging the PPDIOO network.
• Redesign existing network infrastructure using the PPDIOO Cisco Network Lifecycle along with implementation of solutions to identified problem areas.
• Installation and configuration of: Cisco 2911 Series Integrated Services Router, Cisco Catalyst 3750 switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960-X access switches, FortiGate 300C firewall, Cisco 2500 WLC and Cisco 3500 access points.
• Manage all aspects of Network Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting networking issues and security breaches.
• Configured VPN tunnels on Cisco IOS and FortiGate 300C firewall.
• Designed and implemented various Routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP across networks in multiple locations.

• Configuring SIP and H.323 profiles and accounts on Nextone and XIPX.
• To ensure that client complaints (Trouble Tickets) germane to technical faults are handled and resolved in minimum possible time.
