As a Chartered Accountancy student, I am passionate about exploring opportunities and growing myself in the field of audit and reporting. I am starting a new role as an Audit Associate at A.F.Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of the PwC Network).I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Finance and Accounting Professional (CFAP) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). I have also successfully completed the Certificate in Accounting and Finance (CAF) and the Assessment of Fundamental Competencies (AFC), where I have achieved a Merit Position in Quantitative Methods (QM). I have acquired in-depth knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance, and Excel through online courses from Yale University and Professional's Legacy. I have also demonstrated my skills and competencies in various accounting and entrepreneurship competitions, such as the Cordoba Accounting Contest 4.0, the Beaconhouse Entrepreneurship Challenge 6.0, and the Business Convention 2018, where I won several awards and honors. I value collaboration and learning from diverse perspectives, and I have worked alongside brilliant mentors and peers, sharing insights and collectively unlocking solutions. My goal is to become a part of an accounting firm as an associate trainee, where I can apply my knowledge and skills to craft insightful reports that guide strategic decisions and reveal the hidden narratives within financial statements.
