Co-led the global Sales Engineering group - 5 teams totaling 18 people. My first focus was to stabilize then-at-risk Americas teams, which consisted of 7 hires, some restructuring, and a considerable time on-boarding and mentoring the team members. In parallel, we worked with the sales, CSM, PS, and customer-care leadership to better align priorities, set clearer division of responsibilities, and improve collaboration, so that the customers remain happy while achieving the company’s financial goals.The teams were supporting the larger business unit, achieving over the targets results.

Led the product group of 3 teams, 12 people (product managers, UX/UI designers, technical writer). Owned the product strategy, portfolio & roadmap for the Enterprise & Learning business unit.We continued to maintain & grow existing product portfolio, while building and launching new products for new use-cases and markets (the major product / technology was real time video communication / RTC).The products drove the majority of the company revenue, with high margins and low churn.Helped cultivate a culture of collaboration and respect across departments.

Led a team of 5 product managers and graphic designers, in charge of product portfolio for the Enterprise & Education markets. Helped drive and finalize the move to agile (scrum) development methodology, while making sure to keep deployment flexibility for complying with customer change-management expectations.The team continued to improve and grow the portfolio, including bringing two new strategic products (webcasting & lecture capture) to the respective markets

Moved Kaltura’s integrated products to be based on a shared cloud framework, reducing development & maintenance work, allowing additional integrations, and faster innovation and time to market.Created & owned additional products, including: D2L integration, Jive integration, Eloqua integration, distribution & syndication, and webcasting.Webcasting was a key strategic initiative to open new markets (in later years it became the biggest factor in sales to the enterprise market). Working closely with R&D, sales, and customers, we researched the market, designed the user experience and tech stack, and released a prototype in 6 months, which gained high praises from major industry analysts.Created the first publications of Kaltura’s “the State of Enterprise Video” and “the State of Video in Education” reports
