Role Purpose: o To source new accounts as NTB from existing corporate base and deliver on meeting NTB targets. o To cross-sell assets products of the bank, namely, Home loan (via referral), Personal Loans, Cards, Premier (referral) o To execute marketing events and promotions to generate business in their catchments. o Support in identifying new corporates and on-boarding the same to CEP (Corporate employee program)

Role Purpose: o To acquire, establish and grow/nurture HSBC Premier Relationship (the HNI segment of the RBWM customer base) and achieve business targets as laid down and in accordance with the business plan. o To ensure the accounts sourced meet and build to the mandated threshold o To execute marketing events and promotions to generate business in their catchments.Achievements: o Secured 8th rank at Pan India level for business performance in the month of August 2015 o Awarded to follow Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and customers appreciation for quality of service. o Have constantly achieved business targets since day one of business.
