Friends, foes frequently inquired what is my job of Director of Airport Service and it took me almost an year to come up with an reply:" I'm Responsible for any passenger of Regent Airways who walks through security screening to check into any flight of Regent Airways where the responsibility may begin with greetings but winds up with safety,security till the passenger D-Planes at destination !!! "On serious note ,An Active Participant in compilation of the Ground Handling Manual for Regent Airways which redeemed my knowledge on Aviation,mainly on Safety & Security with core basis of Risk Management was fundamental as CAAB was under ACC, imposed by ICAO. In the end ,the experience & exposure was to an new horizon for myself ,an entity of Airlines & Airports i,e Aviation. Along the way collaborated with few dynamic hands who initiated the first ever DGR Manual for a Private Airline in Bangladesh Aviation Industry. Prelude to these ,of course was meeting to the requirement & criteria,optimized to fulfill the benchmark cause CAAB had to come out of the imposed Embargo of ACC. Along were the Contribution of those ever enthusiastic personnel at CAAB who guided and enlightened the path that formulated a Team at Regent Airways, who collaborated to achieve the AOC for International Operation . In time and with events all these concern may have drifted apart to different identity & ideology but the milestone at Bangladesh Aviation is to be ever laid out in the open ,then Regent Airways and CAAB shall be UTTERED in one go during the 2010 & 2011, gasping for the days to come!!!!
