As the Head of Service Delivery at Andersen, my role is to oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.I am responsible for setting and monitoring service delivery standards, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. I collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of service delivery.In addition, I play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, serving as a point of contact for escalations, feedback, and strategic discussions.
