Built Davinci from start-up to a globally operating Communications Planning consultancy within the Omnicom Group, servicing clients like Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler Group, Procter & Gamble brands Braun, Gillette, Venus. From media communications strategy, digital integration and coordinating media budgets of over $1bn, to holding global media contracts, managing local subcontracts and steering local agencies to successfully meet strategy, performance and service KPIs.

Played a pivotal role in the expansion of CIA Worldwide, especially Mediaedge:cia (now MEC), DCMA, CIA Mediahaus, Best of Media and CIA Medianetwork from £200m to annual billings in excess of £2bn; market coverage increased from one to 23 markets, share price quadrupled and EPS increased by more than 50%.Grew CIA’s German business from start-up to the 4th largest agency in the market; making a major contribution to the evolution of the organisation from a UK-based operation to a leading global player. This included the complex incorporation of a substantial acquisition requiring considerable change management and the integration of over 250 staff in Germany.Delivered some of CIA’s most important contracts including one of their largest accounts; personally securing and directing the DaimlerChrysler business. Similarly, secured and managed the EMEA Canon assignment internationally, co-developed Henkel into a multinational assignment and embedded international accounts like Microsoft, NIKE, Swatch, Calvin Klein, Wrangler/Lee, etc... into the German market.

Established and led TV optimisation, TV planning/buying department in close collaboration with research director and general manager. Also performed as deputy buying director. Client list included Renault, Nestlé, Colgate, Intel, etc...

Started in media buying for P&G, Mars, Volvo, Warner Bros.,... specialised in TV. Took responsibility -in addition- for Eastern European markets for planning, coordination, buying and local negotiations/relationship management.
