As an electrical development engineer, I work on mass measurement-based data collection and industrial automation systems.Development of certified measuring instruments for technological, industrial scales - packaging machines (bag fillers, flow meters, conveyor belt scales and checkweighers), writing of control and regulation software of them in C, C ++ language.Process control, data acquisition systems, PLC applications.Programming of process visualization, data collection computer softwares in Delphi with SQL database connections.Instrumentation of explosion-proof equipment.As a lead developer, I am responsible for coordinating the work of the engineering areas to meet the technological and metrological requirements.Ensuring the compliance of our products with the MID, NAWI and ATEX EU directives, liaising with metrology and explosion-proof certification and inspection organizations.As a head of quality management system, my task is to develop and supervise the ISO 9001 QMS of Metripond Plus Kft., and to perform the quality management tasks of our calibration laboratory.Monitoring the fulfillment of quality tasks and goals covering the entire activity of the company.Planning and carrying out in-process and on-site and audits to verify the performance of employees, contactors and suppliers.Supervision of the installation and servicing of scales, control and data acquisition systems.
