I have contributed to the implementation of the objectives and economic policies of the Zrt. and its subsidiaries, as well as to the development and continuous improvement of its controlling activities.I managed and organised the controlling activities of the company and its subsidiaries, including:- Planning activity- Developing annual business and investment planscoordination- Monitoring management information systems,development, operation- Analysing and examining cost management,initiating measures- Developing and supervising project controlling,development and operation.I have made proposals for optimising economic processes to maximise economic benefits and minimise disadvantages.

Set-up, maintenance and operation of the Group's controlling systems, preparation of monthly and quarterly controlling reports for the owners (profit and loss analysis, baseline/plan/actual comparison, capacity utilisation analysis, quantification of customer, machine and product coverage, competitor analysis).

Supporting the planning and forecasting activities of the Controlling department (accounting by cost centre and cost object, implementing adjustments), active participation in the preparation of margin calculations (by product, product group, customer partner and factory). Supervising the expenditure of investment projects, preparing return calculations, accounting for fixed assets. Preparation of consolidated accounts according to IFRS and Czech accounting standards, calculation of deferred taxes. Accounting tasks in the preparation of the Hungarian accounts, monthly, half-yearly and annual closing and day-to-day accounting tasks according to Hungarian, Czech and IFRS accounting standards. Liaising with auditors during audit.

Full accounting and bookkeeping of the company, monthly and annual closing, keeping analytical records and inventories. Preparing annual accounts, monthly and annual tax returns, supporting the monthly financial analysis of the financial manager.

Supervision and analysis of sales and costs of production projects, analysis of variances between planned and actual production results, identification of causes, accounting for month-end accruals, monitoring of trade receivables.

Budget and forecast, preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports, allocation of costs by cost centre, analysis and monitoring of CAPEX, implementation of SAP system.
