I take part in the management of the Innovation Ecosystem of the University of Debrecen through my executive role at the University innovation company UD Ventures Ltd.

I made a kind of crisis management at the beginning and then coordinated the executive management of the office of labor safety regulations that is overseeing labor safety in Hajdú Bihar county.

I managed the operation of corporations interested in investment and development of high volume.

I was in charge of the coordination of all the financial and organisational matters at the University of Debrecen. These matters include, but are not limited to wage-related and financial tasks, while also concern labor safety, budgetary and developmental issues.

I managed the regional department for SMEs of Hajdú-Bihar, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok counties.

I worked as the head of the regional branch network of Hajdú-Bihar, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Heves and Nógrád counties and took charge of its operational leadership. I also carried out tasks associated with the regional leadership of the Business Process Reengineering Project.

I carried out the tasks associated with the creation of the local branch such as building capacities in infrastructure, human resources and organisational matters.

I supervised the operation of the Department of Banking Services at the Hungarian Foreign Trade Bank in Debrecen Branch.

I was responsible for the production and sales of products exported to Western Europe and USA.
