In the department's cases of international social insurance (emigrant, and immigrant workers, pensioners and their families) I determine the applicable legislation, as well as conduct international data reconciliation with insurers in member states of the European Economic Area (EEA) and other states with which Hungary has a standing treaty. A significant part of my work is managing phone calls and e-mails with clients, composing and formatting official correspondence, as well as issuing insurance forms structured by the EU.For employees working in two states simultaneously, I determined which state's legislation is applicable based on the total combined salary from the payslips.Other than individual clients, a considerable part of the clientele are companies and their employees delegated in other countries, thus I communicate with companies' legal representatives and accountants.

My job was to carry out supporting administrative tasks, and the handling of occasional phone calls. In addition, I helped the department with filing of documents, and assisting with the waging process of the workers.

I was tasked with the filing of the department’s archive, as well as taking part in the field-trips involved with the infrastructural development projects ongoing in the town.
