As a Solution Analyst, I worked with Norwegian and Swedish customers to help them making their ERP-processes more smooth by using Novacura low-code platform.My tasks were to keep contact with customers, educate users how to use and make efficient applications, design, and develop online and offline flows regarding their requests.In addition, I was a member of the Labs Team to rethink and develop existing solutions into new simple applications, or create completely new ones, integrate different systems with their ERP-systems.

I worked as a developer in IFS App 7.5, 8, and 9 ERP-systems. My position included: deploying bugfixes, creating new fields, tables, reports, implementing new features and functions both on the database and client-side, but support programming is part of my job as well in all of the ERP-modules. In everyday work, I used mostly PL/SQL and C#, but because of the IFS App 7.5 version I had to use Centura too, and of course, it is necessary to cooperate not only the machines but the customers and other IFS offices around the globe (mostly IFS UK and IFS Sri Lanka).

This work was a part of a project of one of my university subject.
