CurrentMany owners of companies manage their operations from a distance and make decisions based on personnel reporting and meeting with managers. I have a very distinct style of management that reflects my personality. I prefer being involved in sales, handling issues and being close to my employees. Although we made tremendous improvements in manufacturing, manufacturing processes, information flow and storage, basics of our business will remain to be very personal. I believe in creating a mutual trust between employees and ownership where everyone understands the basic economics (value) of their work and perform to their maximum potential. I think a close personal relationship is also required between suppliers and dealers since we share a common goal that is satisfying a client that is building a home or remodeling and wants to be treated as "special" in each individual case.
