Business leader focused on specific markets - bridge commercial relationships and professionalism in outsourcing delivery.

Overall responsible for the cooperation, customer satisfaction and products developed by one of the Business Units.Strong focus on short and long term business performance - profitably grow turnover based on structural outsourcing services and increase added value at existing and new clients.

Delivery Management provides the business and project management functions required to deliver according to the agreements made with the client.As a Delivery Manager I’ve played a strategic role in achieving customer satisfaction – defining the real needs of the customer, delivering according to the agreements, furthermore having a key role in developing current and future business by increasing the level of cooperation with the client. Key areas of responsibilities:- Client Management- Business development- Project Management- Team Management

Lead a large projects doing all the project management activities from intake, project start-up, project planning, to monitoring and control, issue resolution, risk management, stakeholders management and communication till delivery.

Responsible for several development teams for different software projects and clients, from new product development to software maintenance according to SLA.
