I joined KCA Deutag in May last year, first working on the rig release of the T-46 rig in North Germany and then joining the rig-up operation of the T-208 rig, also in North Germany. Since the middle of June last year, I have been working on the T-700 rig, starting with the rig-up carrying out the world's first Eavor-Loop geothermal drilling project.- Managed mud tank system and mud pumps during drilling, ensuring safe and efficient operations.- Operated rig floor equipment and mud systems under the direction of the Driller.- Implemented and upheld safety and environmental compliance requirements through routine inspections and safety meetings.- Coordinated training and compliance for Floormen and Roughnecks, enhancing safety awareness and adherence to procedures.- Led maintenance initiatives that significantly reduced equipment downtime, enhancing operational readiness.

I used to work on a turnaround project at the OMV refinery in Germany. Initially, it was a fixed-term contract for the duration of the turnaround, but it was extended and made permanent after the work was completed. In my role as a Pipefitter, my responsibilities included:- Procuring the required fittings and materials according to the plans discussed with the Foreman.- Disassembling, cutting, and preparing new fittings and pipe sections and assembling and collaborating with welders.

The company designs and builds photovoltaic power plants on a turnkey basis.As a Project Engineer, my responsibilities include:- Collaborate with the Engineering Department during the planning phase of 0,5 - 7,5 MWp of capacity plants and share experiences from previous construction projects.- Organize the purchase of photovoltaic panels directly from the factory for upcoming projects and arrange transportation.- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities at the site with the Foreman.- Design and prepare daily operation reports, including AFE.

I had the opportunity to work with colleagues previously employed by Nabors Industries and Saudi Aramco and worked with Shell. I was solely responsible for ensuring occupational safety and health compliance for well operations in Hungary designed and supervised by Drilling and Well Operation Management. Although I was part of the Occupational Safety and Health Department, I worked under the supervision and reported directly to the Head of Drilling and Well Operation Management.During my work, I performed the following activities:- Coordinated HSE compliance from project proposal to implementation for 41 land-drilling and 60 completion and workover operations. Monitored contractor activities daily, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to drive continuous improvement and prevention.- Provided on-site supervision and collaborated with Drilling Supervisors during HSE-critical operations such as RIH casings.- Conducted weekly site inspections and worked closely with crew members to enhance safety consciousness.- Developed and implemented a safety program supported by the Head of D&WO Management, focusing on reporting near-miss incidents involving our colleagues and contractor companies.- Led incident investigations and managed follow-up actions for 1 Lost Time Incident, 2 Asset Incidents, and 1 High Potential Near Miss.- Developed and implemented an Emergency Response Plan tailored specifically for a field development drilling campaign within Hungary's third-largest city.- Organized and conducted nine training sessions on Unconscious Behavior at Work with over 180 participants.- Compiled and distributed monthly Safety Alerts and Lesson Learned Bulletins to share insights and foster a culture of safety excellence.- Managed the HSE compliance audit during a drilling contractor selection process for a field development project in Kazakhstan.
