I have been tremendously lucky to collaborate with talented executives, software developers, project managers, stakeholders, and technical specialists to build fantastic products. I find it thrilling to be involved in the process of bringing something from inception into existence. These days, content creation, in any form – software, film, games, requires a team of specialists and a vast amount of leadership and organization. On multiple projects, I have provided the direction and clarity which led to success. One of my favourite projects was delivered on both a tight time frame and budget. I knew these constraints could potentially lead to our downfall and I am delighted that they did not; instead, we completed with immense pride and increased breadth of experience. While some teams may have felt inclined to jump into development immediately, due to the time constraints, we spent a sprint defining what success would look like. The Scrum method was clearly communicated to the client and their role in the process. I conducted information gathering sessions and ensured the user stories reflected the client’s vision. With collaboration from the technical specialists, I drafted a plan of action that allowed us to tackle the development of each feature set in an order that granted us the leeway to iterate on the design as it unfolded and deliver the software within the time and budget limitations.Reach out to me, if you would like an accomplished Business Analyst / Technical Program Manager at your table. I promise to bring a passion for creating amazing products while building a collaborative, cross functional, agile team in the process.
