Due to the small size of the company it is my sole responsibility to carry out Hungarian Gas Transit Ltd-s procurement tasks:- providing a high-quality sourcing service in the procurement of materials / equipment or services for all directorates of the company (technical, commercial, financial, IT, HR, legal, HSE) under the full professional supervision of the procurement process- managing the competitive bidding, evaluation, and selection processes for the procurement of material / equipment / service according to the procurement requisition in accordance with applicable procurement regulations- managing the contracting process and leading the contract negotiations- revision of the company’s current procurement policies & regulations and the management of procurement process operation development- preparation the corporate sourcing strategy and the annual integrated procurement plan- responsibility for the coordination of the public procurement procedures within the company

My tasks as Lead Buyer are:- the management of „electrical procurement team” including two project buyers- providing sourcing service in the electrical procurement categories for material / equipment or service, with full oversight of the procurement processes (total value of purchases: ~ 5 billion HUF/year)- the expansion of the company group’s vendor list- procurement management related to the company group’s maintenance service activities (total value of purchases: ~ 250 million HUF/year).Beyond my Lead Buyer responsibilities:- I was delegated as Project Purchase Manager (PPM) for the assigned key purchasing tasks in which I have to provide the project procurement tasks’ overall control and management (prepare the project procurement plan, explore and realize the potential savings taking into account the project budget, manage tendering, evaluation, selection, manage contracting process and leading contract negotiations, monitoring performance).- I was delegated as Project Leader for company group strategic action for expansion of OT Industries Group qualified suppliers in Hungary and Poland- I was delegated as Purchasing expert in company group efficiency development projects:o Development of Purchasing Procedures: full centralization and control of the procurement procedureso Reducing Project Purchasing Costs: achieving further savings by detailed analysis, breakdown and rationalization of purchasing costs

After the separation of sales and procurement activities into dividual departments in OTF General Contracting Co. Ltd. as Buyer I was responsible for:- providing the complete purchasing tasks- exploring and realizing the potential savings- manage the procurement proceduresBeyond my Buyer responsibilities:- I participated in the preparation of „Centralized procurement directorate organization structure – concept plan” that was accepted by the company group management and has been applied.

As a Sales executive I initially supported the senior sales executive then I became responsible for several project tasks.- I participated in the tender preparations for Hungarian and international tender procedures- I was delegated for procurement tasks to support tendering- I became responsible for projects and my tasks were tender preparation, main contract preparation, contract negotiation, providing procurement tasks (preparation and sending out request for quotations, receipt and commercial evaluation of incoming quotations, preparation for decision making, concluding contract), contact keeping with purchaser and suppliers under project performance phase, etc.
