I currently work as a Research Fellow at Centre for Energy Research. My research interests include graphene-like two-dimensional hetero-structures, topological insulators, density functional theory and tight-binding modelling. My professional skills range from scientific theory to computer programming. I have won the New National Excellence Scholarship for doctoral students from the Hungarian national research development and innovation office in 2020. I have taught a wide range of subjects for undergraduate students and developed an extensive teaching skill set that allows me to deliver engaging lessons. I have been demonstrating my active commitment to scientific outreach by giving public lec-tures, popularizing science through Open Days, Researchers’ Night and other occasions.
