Responsible for managing the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and talent sourcing representatives to ensure that candidates received a smooth and positive experience. My primary responsibilities included posting job openings to various job boards, scheduling interviews across departments, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and smoothing over any last-minute scheduling changes.
