Current• Designed and developed up to 4-layer PCBs using Altium Designer, developed PCBs with routing for I2C, UART, SPI, and LIN protocols used in industrial control panels.• Executed full lifecycle PCB design, from conceptualization and schematic creation to layout and BOM generation by integrating principles of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT).• Attained expertise in AC-DC and DC-DC conversion circuits, high-speed designs (e.g., LVDS), analog circuits, digital circuits, and multi-layer PCB layouts with single and double-sided assembly.• Designed power boards for control panels from high voltage 120v to 600v and low voltage 3.3v to 48v.• Implemented circuit protection measures while routing, successfully clearing EMI and ESD tests for all boards before production.• Designed and developed test jigs for mass production testing.• Collaborated closely with the procurement team for vendor and parts selection, ensuring alignment with industrial standards such as UL and CSA.• Communicated effectively with vendors to oversee PCB manufacturing for both prototypes and production, maintaining high-quality standards.• Conducted rigorous testing and troubleshooting of designed prototypes, collaborating with both mechanical and electrical teams for comprehensive evaluations.• Analyzed defective boards and components, implementing robust quality management and control measures.• Provided technical assistance to clients and on-site installers, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions.
