As a dedicated and hardworking researcher with more than two years’ research experience as Research Fellow working under National Research Program funded by HEC Pakistan entitled: “Synthesis of Synthetically challenging and Biologically Important Nitrogen containing Heterocyclic compounds” at Department of Chemistry, GC University Lahore, Pakistan. I possess the knowledge and skills that allows me to contribute more towards the research and development of this field.Through my experience, I have acquired expertise in formulating project goals, communicating deadlines, developing research methods, analyzing variables and test parameters, analyzing data, and writing detailed reports while training and overseeing high-performing research group.The following achievements demonstrate my qualification to be a competent candidate:• Preparing project proposals, budgets, schedules and work plans. Also correlate the project formulated with biological as well as material applications to enhance the quality of research.• Organizing and analyzing, and data to drive research project success while directing research group to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.• Continually monitoring project status and progress.• Analyzing efficiently the spectral data for the characterization and structural confirmation of newly synthesized moieties.• Training, guiding, and managing research group composed of up to 5-8 individuals.• Demonstrating outstanding communication skills, time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Having full command on MS Office and Chem-draw.• Running following scientific instruments like UV/VIS spectrometer, Elemental Analyzer, HPLC and Rotary Evaporator efficiently.
