FAIR (Fine Arts Interdisciplinary Resource) School Crystal is a STEAM focus school serving students in grades 6-8. We see The FAIR School as a beacon of 21st century learning, grounded in equity, and defined by arts and academic excellence, where all students achieve through the integration of the arts, technology, cultural understanding and active, committed community partners. Our approach to education fosters critical, creative and analytical thinking skills through inquiry and interdisciplinary instruction. Our curriculum and instruction centers on interdisciplinary education, which allows teachers and students to integrate skills and concepts around those disciplines.

“Breakfast With A Purpose,” is an exciting leadership cohort of African-American administrators creating positive dialogue across educational boundaries throughout the country. Led by amazing K-12 scholar practitioners, “Breakfast With A Purpose” captures the minds of administrators and empowers them to make the healthy choices that will shape their schools and communities. Designed to both build upon collegial dialogue and professional growth, through entertainment and education, this one-of-a-kind assembly of talented minds uses technology, interactive demonstrations, and guest speakers to help deliver more meaningful instruction that will lead to improving student‘s academic achievement. By providing administrators with meaningful dialogue and resources, ”Breakfast With A Purpose” encourages African-American administrators to recognize their own potential and empowers them to face the challenges often associated with their job. By giving them this education and platform, we are helping to build strong leaders for tomorrow.
