At Schjærven AS, I created impactful design solutions enhancing visual identities for clients like Power and Bjørklund. My role involved regular client and colleague communication to meet unique needs.For Power, I was pivotal in an international campaign, designing multilingual elements and a comprehensive toolkit for various countries, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. I worked closely with the creative director, managing POW, the dynamic mascot. I brought POW to life across all visual materials, ensuring visibility in print, TV, social media, and ads. POW injected each campaign with energy and personality, effectively communicating the core message.For Bjørklund, I developed campaign concepts for in-store, social media, and ads. I also created magazines, in-store videos, posters, roll-ups, banners, and other print and digital materials. Collaborating with the visual leader, I ensured cohesive and effective campaigns. Notably, I developed the visual identity for a new brand, using luxurious materials, elegant fonts, and a refined color scheme, establishing a strong, cohesive brand identity.Collaboration was key throughout my tenure. I fostered creativity and innovation through teamwork and regular client communication. I enhanced my skills in cross-cultural communication, quality assurance, time management, and presentation, ensuring high standards and timely delivery of design solutions.My experience at Schjærven AS emphasised exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional designs that contributed to overall branding strategy. At Mentor Media AS, I played a pivotal role in leading rebranding efforts and creating a fresh, captivating look for the company and its clients. My responsibilities included designing logos, posters, digital content, and campaigns that resonated with our target audiences.Key Projects and Contributions:Various Campaigns for Different Clients: Throughout my tenure, I worked on multiple campaign materials for various clients, each project tailored to meet specific needs and target audiences. One notable project was a Mother’s Day campaign for Intersport, designed specifically for social media platforms. Tasked with creating three posts for Instagram stories and the Instagram feed, I utilized my creativity to craft visually appealing content that resonated with the target audience. This campaign successfully captured the essence of Mother’s Day, driving engagement and brand visibility on social media.Logo Redesign for Mentor Media: In addition to client work, I also led the redesign of Mentor Media's own logo to make it more versatile, adaptable, and modern. As a key member of the design team, I faced the challenge of developing a logo that could seamlessly adapt across various platforms, reflecting the company’s comprehensive approach from concept to completion. The resulting logo featured a dynamic “M” with a distinctive dot, symbolising Mentor Media’s holistic service offering. This new logo played a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand identity and visibility.

In my early design career, while working full-time in the restaurant industry, I managed a freelance design business on the side. I led the creation of innovative packaging solutions and user-friendly interfaces for websites and apps, building a diverse portfolio. Additionally, I developed brand identities and logo designs. This experience demonstrates my ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, multitask, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
