I have also obtained multiple certifications in PTN Accreditation Training and Chorus Network Damages Reporting, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in network devices and fiber optic standards.In my current role, I manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, diagnose errors or technical problems, and produce timely and detailed service reports. I also cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization, as well as comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
