As a leading organization in housing and homeownership education, RayZO began working with the Housing Partnership of NJ in August 2022. Within 5 months we were able to win over $200,000 in new grant funding for the organization.

We provide web development and maintenance support for the fund development team at University Hospital Foundation.

In 2020, RayZo added an on-line shopping experience for two of its stores (Roselle and Ridgefield) which allowed them to expand their operations to both on-site and on-line shopping and delivery. RayZo serves at the marketing manager and has been credited with increase in store sales. RayZo developed the store's new website and social media presence and has implemented several significant and high-profile marketing campaigns. RayZo has created several tools and tech solutions, which have increased the store's Internet following, thus allowing for a decrease in costly printed materials. We establish a gift card program, community outreach, and social media advertising initiatives.

For the Passaic County Board of Social Services (PCBSS), we developed a user-friendly website that highlights their essential services, including financial assistance, medical support, and housing aid. Our goal was to ensure the site provides easy access to resources, applications, and important updates for residents. We focused on creating a streamlined, intuitive experience, while also implementing secure features to safeguard sensitive information and support the agency's mission to serve the community.

As web developers, RayZO provided web development and digital solution consultations in support of their First Time Initiatives. The websites were the public "face" of these programs designed to recruit the talents of BIPOC and women film makers, screenwriters and composers.

At the start of this project, RayZo provided an assessment, created a web development plan, worked with several internal staff teams at NFL Alumni and several NFLA chapter Presidents, and adhered to an aggressive timeline for this project. We began in December 2020 and within 3 weeks we refaced the website home page, using hand coding to reflect NFL Alumni's work in the community and mission of Caring for Kids, Caring for the Community and Caring for Our Own. Later that year we built and launched the NFL Alumni main site and Membership portal, as well as 45 Chapter websites within a 6 month period.At the beginning of 2023, RayZo expanded services to include grant writing and grants management services. Our plan includes cultivating new funding sources for the NFL Alumni and its various programs that benefit former NFL players, and assist in raising funds for charities that work with children and families in Alumni Chapter communities.

RayZo provided capacity building services, helping 4 of their grantees with fund development planning and implementation. Since several of these grantees were familiar with the fund development process, our focus was to assess their fundraising needs, design a plan of action on areas they did not have support or the capacity to implement, and provide training and tools or direct services to make inroads into those particular areas. The intent was to focus on "new" sources of funds and to cultivate those sources. Since RayZo has a particular expertise in digital strategy and fundraising, we were able to enhance the social media, and digital fundraising goals of these organizations.

My team and I at RayZo, developed, produced, and provided written communitcations to local media and serve as the editor for the monthly newsletter. I also provided social media management and implemented digital strategies to increace awareness of United Way of Greater Union County initiatives.

RayZo provided grant writing, marketing and advertising services as well as web site maintenance.

Zoraya was the founding executive director and was responsible for estabishing the foundation's operations, programs, and fundraising prior to leaving in 2017.Since its founding in June of 2014, Zoraya and her team at RayZo were able to create new programs and establish partnerships that have had a direct impact on communities and families in need. The first initiative was the summer camperships program for girls. It grew from 3 girls in 2014 to 39 girls in 2017 for a total of 98 girls. In summer 2017, we were able to partner with NY Hall of Science to introduce campers to environmental science. Each year, the girls are referred by a number of organizations who work with low-income families. These girls would not have been able to attend the 13-day sleep-away camp without the support of the Hunter Foundation. The great part about this program is that it gives girls an opportunity to experience and learn new things like boating, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and more. Consistently, we’ve heard nothing but great reviews from our campers and their parents. In 2018, some of these girls are now old enough to apply for a position as a counselor-in-training and obtain excellent work experience that will help them in their future endeavors. The end-of-year “Holiday Dinner with the Hunters” program began in 2015 and was designed to raise awareness on hunger and food insecurity issues that plague many families in low-income communities. In its first year (2015) we fed 200 people and it has grown each year. In 2017 we had the great fortune of feeding over 2,200 people for a total of 3,400 people over a 3 year period. And this was the largest year ever in our efforts to distribute toys to children from families in need. We distributed over 1,700 toys valued at over $43,500.

At RayZo, my team and I assists EDC in cause-marketing programs between city government, corporations and local businesses. Also, We manage fundraising events, brand management and design, social media and media relations, communications, and client outreach strategies.

The team at RayZo, Inc. was responsible for assisting the organization in obtaining all the state and local municipality credentials to occupy their brand new building and child development center. We also provided program development, fundraising, proposal writing, marketing, PR, and social media services.

Assisted in recruiting Financial Services Reps and developing a corporate video.
