My day to day goals were to monitor the air quality of the work area. I worked as an Air Samopling Technician and Project Monitor in the asbestos aspect of constructions projects on NYCHA properties. I was required to follow and uphold all NYC and NYS DEP, DOB, and OSHA requirements while overseeing the project. I maintained time logs, dates, and photos as a Project Monitor. I also had to check on and change the cassettes used to measure the air quality. While keeping a meticulous record of when these cassettes were changed, the flow rate, and volume of air collected; I was also responsible for taking pictures to back up any findings as proof that the work was being executed as per regulations.

My duties with Dish consisted of daily technical support for a variety of systems. My role was to assist customers, many with very little technical experience, with issues ranging from simple remote control functions to more advance software and user interface problems. I also provided assistance with internet protocol softwares and other internet based services.

My responsibilities were to make sure that every customer got top of the line quality physical training. I was responsible for managing my own schedule and encouraging clientele to come in and achieve their intended goals set forth by them and myself, in conjunction with the gym. My most important responsibility however, aside from 100% customer satisfaction, was customer retention. My goal with the company as a Sales Rep was to make sure that all clients were satisfied with the level of service that was provided to make sure that they kept coming back and renewing their stay with us.I helped establish accounts with many local business as well as many multi-unit apartment buildings.
