• Ensure the conformity of international projects with regulatory and operational standards, maintainingclose collaboration with governmental, institutional and corporate stakeholders ;• Lead client engagements across diverse projects, identifying and addressing potential obstacles tofoster seamless execution.• Manage high-level interactions with executive and ministerial officials, contributing to strategicdecision-making and international cooperation efforts.• Represent EGAAD in diplomatic settings, facilitating productive dialogues with government entities tostrengthen relationships and align project goals.

◦ Advising EGAAD Consortium member companies on their cross-border investments / infrastructure projects, including through public-private partnerships, in a number of African jurisdictions.◦ As part of the strategic assistant duties: drafting of sectoral and regional watch notes of various kinds (political, economic, country risk); drafting of official communications; various PR tasks; logistics for international missions and hosting official delegations; participation in event organization; participation in executive and ministerial meetings.
