• Administered the Sylvan Learning program to teach reading and math to middle school students in 5-8th grade at a private school in the Alden CSD.• Collaborated with classroom teachers in ELA and math to provide in-class support.• Additionally, in March-June 2024, stepped into the role of short-term substitute teacher for 5-8th grade science, covering for a teacher on maternity leave. Throughout this period, crafted lesson plans aligned with the teacher's objectives.

• Successfully completed graduate level clinical hours by collaborating with three other graduate students to provide 12 weeks of assessment and instruction over Zoom for 2nd-grade students with literacy needs from January to May. Additionally, worked with another team of graduate students to tutor students in grades 3 and 4 with literacy needs over Zoom for four weeks in July.• Administered pre and post assessments in fluency, comprehension, writing and phonics (encoding and decoding).• Collaborated with team to create personalized learning goals and develop instructional lessons, aligned with NYS Next Generation standards.
