Responsible for partnering with the strategic clients within the OCS B&I sector to ensure we maximise client satisfaction and retention and increase OCS service scope.

Responsible for the identification and delivery of new profitable contracts to the Business and Industry Division via proactive selling, competitive tendering and maximising reactive opportunities. The cultivation of opportunities either from within my own self-development database or from the existing OCS communities by forging relationships with appropriate stakeholders and reacting to real time requests for proposals. Supporting the delivery of the overall team sales target by meeting my own individual target. As well as working on individual tenders, there is also the requirements to work alongside other team members and/or sales teams on larger opportunities as part of a project team. Although I live in the midlands, my remit is national and I am happy to travel throughout the UK as required.
