Executed special events for high-level donors throughout the 2024 Spoleto Festival USA season.

Maximized university reach through the writing, editing, and dissemination of press releases, blog posts, and articles, in addition to the use of HARO to identify and pitch publicity opportunities. Tracked university press coverage via weekly reporting, and built and maintained media lists to publicize faculty, university events, and achievements.

Created individualized study and time management plans with a wide variety of students in order to ensure academic success. Duties included one-on-one sessions with students, in addition to some content based tutoring work within the humanities and social sciences.

Boosted new client capture and sales via email marketing automation (30% open rate, 9.15% average click rate), and garnered a 189% increase in Twitter impressions, 377% increase in profile visits, 350% increase in mentions, and 150% increase in new followers per month (May to July 1). Other responsibilities include content creation (visual and written) for email and digital marketing.

Gathered in-depth research in tandem with WHBC board members in order to produce a grant proposal which was later funded in full by the Learning by Giving Foundation.
