Moderation including forum moderation, native Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. At Strawberry Social my day to day work sees me jumping from several different projects each hour, meaning one moment I am working for a small charity and then onto a branch of the UK government. My role involves client meetings and reporting trends and insights to them via excel. I also respond to user queries either using a standard response or a free form reply.

Within this exciting role I am at the heart of online child safety, working on a project online that is aimed at children ages 4-18. My duties include; making sure there are no profanities on the site, ensuring there is no sexual content on the site, responding to concerns from other users about their peers ect.

I worked as a call centre agent with Somerset County Council. This is a varied role, including writing reports for other members of the team to do with roadworks, potholes and school transport issues. I also worked as part of the registration team, registering births and deaths and finding birth, death and marriage certificates. Above all my job was about delivering the very best in customer service.

My role was to interview and register people who were looking for temporary work and then place them with companies needing staff. I had to generate leads, which I did by cold calling and then maintain and develop existing clients, which I did through maintaining regular contact and providing excellent customer service. In my role here as Bar Staff & Waitress I had to provide excellent customer service, deal with complaints and ensure compliance with legislation. I had to up-sell meals and maximise sales, use the till and cash up at the end of the shift.
