Our professional development sessions provide exclusive curriculum for brown girls. -Completed weekly tasks including brainstorming and designing blog posts ideas, researching and editing reading lists, and edit class curriculum guides catered to brown girls from Pre-K to 12th grade

-Completed 45 hours of lifeguard training -Ensure a clean and enjoyable environment by monitoring 30-1000+ sq. ft pools, additional water slides, baby pools, lockers and bathrooms -Learned valuable customer service skills and provided a safe environment for over 200 members to swim while strictly enforcing pool rules-Grew into a leader by the end of the summer season and guided fellow guards, as well as learn critical teamwork and problem solving skills
